Qualifications remain editable data. Changes made here appear in future check-ins without changing or redeploying portal code.
Check-in assignments
Assign staff by shift
Check the staff members who may be assigned check-ins for each shift. Changes save automatically. When more than one person is checked for the same shift, volunteers are distributed consistently among those staff members.
Check-in history
Select a recorded check-in
Choose a check-in from the list to review who completed it, ratings, notes, goals, and the next scheduled check-in.
Rebuild check-in schedule
Recalculates open hourly and yearly check-ins using current hours, history, shifts, assignments, and pause settings.
Synchronize volunteer shifts
Pulls current shifts from the original Master Sunday through Master Saturday sheets plus Upcoming Absences, updates Firestore, and recalculates check-ins.
The source workbook must be shared with the Firebase function service account.
Synchronize volunteer records
Updates volunteer identity, status, approved hours, start dates, and completed check-in qualifications. Credentials stay in Google Secret Manager.
